Vitalis itself is not CQC-registered; it is a technology platform that facilitates access to health data management and AI-powered insights.

By creating an account or logging in to Vitalis, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Improve the platform — aggregated and anonymised data is used to enhance our AI models and platform features. Your identifiable data is never used to train AI models without your explicit consent

• Protect safety — detecting fraud, abuse, or risks to the safety of users or third parties

We process your data on the legal bases of: contract performance (to deliver the Service), legitimate interests (platform improvement and security), legal obligation, and for health data specifically, your explicit consent.

Vitalis uses artificial intelligence to analyse the health data and documents you upload. This is a decision-support tool only. AI analysis does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Where you request a doctor review, your report and AI analysis are shared with a qualified clinician on the platform.

Your health data processed by AI features is handled by contracted third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) operating under Data Processing Agreements. These providers do not use your health data to train their general AI models.

Vitalis is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency services immediately.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Doctors on the platform — when you purchase a doctor review or initiate a consultation
• Technology service providers — hosting (cloud infrastructure), payment processing (Stripe), and AI providers, all bound by data processing agreements
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Safety — where disclosure is necessary to protect the vital interests of you or another person

We do not share your identifiable health data with advertisers or marketing third parties.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. Health records may be subject to mandatory retention periods under UK healthcare legislation.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your Rights below). Note that some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance reasons even after deletion.

Vitalis uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
